Projects

Two of POARC's ongoing projects are: the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Lawsuit that asked the Court to declare the final rule denying the delisting petition for the coastal California gnatcatcher invalid; and the Petition to the Secretaries of the U.S. Department of the Interior and the U.S. Department of Commerce  that asks the agencies to initiate rule-making to define the terms "species" and "subspecies" as used in the Endangered Species Act.
